Welcome to Just Crack Interview. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Just Crack Interview ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

By accessing the site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site.

1. User Representations

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• Maintenance: You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
• Legal Capacity: You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. User-Generated Contributions

The site allows you to contribute to, or participate in blogs, interview experiences, salary insights, and online forums. You understand that your Contributions may be viewable by other users of the site.

• Your Contributions must not be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Your Contributions must not contain confidential information related to your current or former employers that violates any Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Your Contributions must not be obscene, lewd, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
• We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any Contributions at our sole discretion.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us (e.g., scraping).
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or any portion of the Site.

5. Site Management & Modifications

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Services without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Just Crack Interview and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
