You can create an account by clicking the "Login / Sign Up" button at the top right corner of the homepage. You can register using your email address, Google account, or LinkedIn profile.

Log in to your account, click on the "Contribute" button in the header, and select "Share Interview Experience". Fill in the details about the company, your role, the rounds you faced, and the specific questions asked.

Absolutely! We understand the importance of privacy. When submitting any review, salary, or interview experience, you have the option to check the "Post Anonymously" box. Your personal details will not be shown to the public or the employer.

To ensure high quality and authenticity, all submissions go through a moderation process. It typically takes 24 to 48 hours for a review or interview experience to become visible on the platform.

No. Companies cannot alter or delete reviews just because they are negative. We only remove content if it violates our Community Guidelines (e.g., contains abusive language, spam, or reveals confidential NDA information).

Our salary insights are generated from data submitted anonymously by actual employees and verified through statistical models. The more data points a specific role has, the more accurate the average salary range will be.

Navigate to the "Jobs" tab on a company's profile. You can view open positions and click "Apply". Depending on the employer's setup, you will either apply directly through our platform using your saved profile or be redirected to the company's career page.

Go to the "For Employers" section linked in the main header. Click on "Claim Company Page" and verify your identity using your official corporate email address. Once verified, you can update your company info, photos, and respond to reviews.

Go to your Account Settings and scroll down to the "Danger Zone". Click on "Delete Account". Please note that this action is permanent and will remove all your saved jobs and preferences. Your anonymous contributions will remain on the platform but will be unlinked from your email.

Click on "Login" and select the "Forgot Password" link. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to reset your password within minutes.
