The hour hand advances between individual numbers as the minute hand makes a full path around the hour. The hour hand was pointing directly at 3 at 3:00, but at 3:15 it has advanced 1/4 of the way between 3 and 4. The number of degrees between numbers 30 (because 360/12). That gives you 30/4 = 7.5. Let length of tunnel is x meter
Distance = 800+x meter
Time = 1 minute = 60 seconds

Speed = 78 km/hr = 78*5/18 m/s = 65/3 m/s

Distance = Speed*Time
=>800+x=653∗60=>800+x=20∗65=1300=>x=1300−800=500

y = 64.5 Rs/kg

y2 – y1 = 10 Rs/kg

The distance between the y and y1 is

y – y1 = 64.5 – 62 = 2.5

x1 = (y – y1)/(y2 – y1) = 2.5/10 = 0.25
x2 = 1 – x1 = 1 – 0.25 = 0.75

The target price is calculated by the lever method.
