Ques:- Two trains 121 meters and 165 meters in length respectively are running in opposite directions, one at the rate of 80 km and the other at the rate of 65 kmph. In what time will they be completely clear of each other from the moment they meet?
Ques:- In a team of 12 persons, 1/3 are women and 2/3 are men. To obtain a team with 20% women how many men should be hired?

12(1/3) = 4 so women = 4
==>men = 12-4 = 8
if team needs 20% of women then men Will be 80%
consider u want to hire “x” men
so,
(12+x)(80/100) = 8 + x
so, x= 8

Ques:- 1600 men have provisions for 28 days in the temple. If after 4 days, 400 men leave the temple, how long will the food last now?

Suppose 1 person consumes 1 unit food daily.
So, for 24 days, 1600 person will consume 1600×24 units.
So total units of food available = 1600×24

Now total number of person =1200

So, total food will be consumed by 1200 person in (1600×24)/1200 = 32 days.

factoring ___ X (N + X – 1) = 23

23 is a prime number with only two factors, 1 and 23
