Recent Answer : Added by Jean Merde On 2022-05-17 08:55:52:

2x+x+2x+x = 300m
6x = 300
x = 300/6 = 50m
50m x 100m = 5,000 m2

Recent Answer : Added by Admin On 2022-09-29 15:28:07:

One day work = 1 / 20
One mans one day work = 1 / ( 20 * 75)
Now:
No. Of workers = 50
One day work = 50 * 1 / ( 20 * 75)
The total no. of days required to complete the work = (75 * 20) / 50 =
30

Ques:- The sides of a triangle are in the ratio 5: 12: 13 and its perimeter is 300 m, Evaluate the area of the triangle ?
Recent Answer : Added by Tushar Singh On 2022-03-09 16:33:29:

As it is a right angled triangle so we know the hypotenuse must be 13 and 5 & 13 are base and height (in any order).
Area of triangle = 0.5* base * height = 0.5 * 5 * 12 = 30

Ques:- About man power management planning
Ques:- In a class of 60 students, the number of boys and girls participating in the annual sports is in the ratio 3 : 2 respectively. The number of girls not participating in the sports is 5 more than the number of boys not participating in the sports. If the number of boys participating in the sports is 15, then how many girls are there in the class? (1) Data inadequate (2) 20 (3) 25 (4) 30 (5) None of these
Recent Answer : Added by Admin On 2020-05-17 12:03:57:

let no. of boys not participating be x
then the no. of girls not participating = x+5
no. of boys : girls participating = 3:2
given no.of boys participating = 15
therefore, the ratio is now 15:y(say)
then 3:2 = 15 : x
on solving 3/2 =15/y ie.., 3y =30 we get y =10
hence no. of girls participating =10
therefore total no of students paricipating = 15+10=25
total no of students in class =60 given
hence no. of students not participating = 60-25=35
therefore x+(x+5)=35
2x=30
x=15
therfore no of girls not participating =15+5=20
therefore total no of girls in class = no of girls
participating + no of girls not participating
=10+20
=30 is the answer

Ques:- If you won the lottery, would you still work?
Ques:- What is the next number in the series 1, 2, 4, 13, 31, 112 ..
Recent Answer : Added by Hamiss On 2022-09-29 16:38:01:

Answer is 274 .

Let the required term be x.

Pattern :- 1) Find the difference between consecutive terms as :

2 – 1 = 1

4 – 2 = 2

13 – 4 = 9

31 – 13 = 18

112 – 31 = 81

2) Now write the above numbers obtained by differences in series as :

1, 2, 9, 18, 81, y

(Suppose y be next term after 81.)

3) Look the difference series carefully and it follows the below pattern as :

(9 * 2)/1 = 18

(18 * 9)/2 = 81

(81 * 18)/9 = 162 = y (the next term after 81)

Thus the required answer is :

x = 112 + y

x = 112 +162 =274
