x belongs to (-infinity,y)
if both x and y are negitive z can be greater than zero and
can be greater than y(1 and 4 are true)
if y equals 1 then x can be equal to z(2 is true)
therefore y=z is not true for any value of x and y

A certain sum amounts to Rs. 1725 in 3 years

and amounts to Rs.1875 in 5 years

so interest of 2 years = 1875 -1725

= 150

so interest of 1 year = 75

so interest of 3 years = 75 × 3 =225 rs

so , Principal = Amount – SI

= 1725 – 225

= 1500 rs

now ,

S.I. = P × N × R /100

75 = 1500 × 1 × R /100

R = 75 / 15

R = 5%

first find x its 2 hours
total journey 6 hrs 3km up and also down
jill takes one hr to come down and jack takes 3 hrs so x
is 2 hours….
And while going up jack goes at 1.5km/hr and jill goes at
0.75 km hr so to travel 3 km they take 2 hrs and 4 hrs
respectively…!!! x again is 2 hrs…
so jack totally takes 5 hrs to travel 6 km
therfore speed is 6/5 km per hour
thats is 1.2 km per hour is the correct answer

these are question tht are seem to be like it consumes
time. so dont see jus the question and run to the next .
ans. a) 12
if 9 balls are added then the ratio to the combination
becomes 2:4:3.
9 balls make the ratio 3 for grey balls in tht mixture.
so the factor is 9/3 = 3 (in tht mixture)
so the same factor has to be maintained through out the
ratio. so black balls is 4 * 3 = 12 and white balls is 2 *
3 = 6.

Ques:- In a hostel there were 100 students. To accommodate 20 more students the average is decreased by rupees 5. But total expenditure increased by Rs.400. Find the total expenditure of the hostel now?
