If you were into sales, what would you spend more time on, achieving your sales target or creating a good customer experience?

  1. I spend more time in creating a good customer experience because if the customers had a good experience they will keep touching with us and it gives a way of new customers and continues support of old customers and it will directs us to achieve sales target.

  2. Both simultaneously because sales is the revenue generation team which is necessary for the commercial growth of the company whereas customer loyalty is again important for a company to go for long-term growth which is why good and satisfactory customer experience is necessary.
