if each no increased by 4 ==> 4*10=40
then new avg is giveen by : 230+40=270
270/10=27
hence the new avg =27

Here is the ans with explanation…..
Just divide 48 hours into 8 parts…
for flowchart its 1/4 so it is 2/8 = 12hours
For Coding it is 3/8 = 18 hours
the rest is again 3/8 = 18 hours for debugging..

Let the revolutins made by bigger wheel is: x
then revolution by smaller wheel will be: x+10
Now, the distance covered by both wheels will be same.
So,
7(x+10)=9x
7x+70=9x
70=2x
35=x
so distance travelled=9*35=315
or 7*45=315
